The Lioness Uncaged

The Lioness Uncaged is the unfiltered voice of Tamar’s lived experience, breaking decades of silence around childhood sexual abuse, physical violence coercion and survival. This memoir is not just about pain, it’s about transformation, turning trauma into collective power and ultimately the creation of The Lioness Circle.

ABOUT LIONESS TAMAR

Survivor-led leadership

Founder. Author. Cycle breaker.

Grounded in culture and rooted in trauma informed practices, I transform lived experiences into leadership and systemic change.

After breaking decades of silence around childhood sexual abuse and rape, I chose not only to heal but to lead. Drawing personal and professional insight,  I challenge how institutions engage with power, influence and harm and silence.

Working at the intersection  of race equality, gender justice and systems reform, I partner with communities and organisations to build accountable systems that center dignity and safety.

Through coaching, training, consultancy, speaking and creative initiatives, I ensure that survivor voices proactively shape policy, practice and culture.

Funds raised through book sale and services, helps to sustain The Lioness Circle.
